Caitlin Shay Young serves as Director of Client Services at Aurelius Legacy Partners, where she helps deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and their families.

Caitlin works closely with the firm’s advisors to coordinate client communication, onboarding, service requests, scheduling, and ongoing relationship management. She plays a key role in ensuring that each client interaction is handled with care, organization, and timely follow-through.

Before joining Aurelius Legacy Partners, Caitlin gained experience within a large financial services organization, supporting advisors and clients across operational coordination, account servicing, and client engagement. Her background has shaped her strong appreciation for personalized service, proactive communication, and the details that make a client experience feel truly thoughtful.

Caitlin studied Fashion Design at Syracuse University, where she developed a creative foundation and strong attention to detail. She brings that same blend of creativity, organization, and client-first service to her role at Aurelius Legacy Partners.
